Uniting 86 Institutions for National Education Reform
When the UK government introduced the landmark T-Level qualifications, the Further Education sector faced a significant implementation challenge amidst change fatigue. ChangeSchool, in partnership with King's College London and the Education and Training Foundation, was commissioned to deliver the T-Level Professional Development programme.
Our mission was to create a "movement for change." We designed a programme that not only developed individual leaders but also fostered unprecedented cross-institutional collaboration. The result was a vibrant community of change leaders across 86 normally competing institutions, working together to ensure the successful national rollout of T-Levels. This achievement was awarded the 2025 EFMD Excellence in Practice Silver Award and special reocgnition by Merit Awards.

Participant Engagement
All our sessions are active, maintain engagement and avoid fatigue: Our design processes use a mix of eight different types of activities as pedagogical learning components to inform our session-by-session design based on learning outcomes. Across our programmes, learning is structured appropriately to the type of learner and phase of learning to ensure real-world application of what is learned.

The Merit Summit awards 2025
The Merit Summit awards celebrate outstanding achievements in future-ready organisational development, leadership, and learning innovation. Our T-Levels Professional Development Program was selected from amongst exceptional submissions across the industry.
This recognition particularly honours our collaborative approach to building communities and creating meaningful impact. The program reached 86 organisations, demonstrating the power of partnership in transforming professional development.

International and national start-up awards
In a multi-country competition for online pitching, held independently in Azerbaijan, Armenia, Georgia, Kyrgyzstan, and Uzbekistan, with 800 submissions from 80 higher education institutions, the ChangeSchool/Essex University partnership produced the International champion start-up winner GreenDom across all the participating nations. GreenDom had conceptualised a therapeutic Greenhouse preparing children with disabilities for the labour market a massive move towards social impact;
ChangeSchool partnerships with City University, London South Bank University and Essex University also produced 3 of the 5 national winners in Kyrgyzstan, Georgia and Uzbekistan

Highest levels of executive education programme ratings
The Net Promoter Score (NPS) is a metric that quantifies customer satisfaction and loyalty by gauging the likelihood of individuals recommending a product, service, or company to others.
Our exec ed sessions have high engagement and Net Promoter Scores: We consistently achieve an NPS of +85 and above. NPS scores range from -100 to +100. NPS Score of over +50 is excellent, and over +70 is considered world-class.
In our deliveries for UK government programmes, in 2023 for the Education and Training Foundation, ChangeSchool achieved a 100% satisfaction rating for all three programmes and a recording-breaking Net Promoter Scores
ChangeSchool has achieved an NPS of +100, which is a record high, across deliveries by any provider for UK Government provision for the Education and Training Foundation (Mar 2023).
